Mr Saito Hiroshi is a living legendary artisan. Hōsho (奉書) is one of the highest class of Washi used as the official document paper by Lord or Government.
Although Echizen Hosho is very famous in history, Kaga Hōsho is about the same. He has been making Kaga Hōsho through his life, competing with his friend, Mr Iwano Ichibei of Echizen.
