Mr Sawamura Masashi is the most aged active artisan in Japan, has more than 70 years experience. He is over 90 years old, but still very energized.
He makes "Hon-Mino-shi(本美濃紙)", genuine Mino paper, which was used for many Japanese historical constructions, ex: Katsura Imperial house and Nagoya castle.
Although Washi making is a tough job, it may be good for long life.
